If you want to be a (S.U.T) you should take most challenging courses in high school and check if there available in science, math, and English. The training programs are offered at community colleges and hospitals.

Students should start preparing for a career in social work by taking challenging courses in high school especially in English, Science, and Math.  Some of the organization might let you work with a bachelor’s degree.
