this quote mean to me that if u choose the right "CTR" you will get rewarded just like those four college football players who people tough they were braking in the store. If you choose the wrong "CTW" there maybe many consequences like the football players could of took everything in the store and could of gone to jail  but they choose the right.

   Education requirements:

          Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school.

All biomedical engineers have at least bachelor’s degree engineering. Many have advance graduate degrees as well. Courses of study include a sound background in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineers, and specialized biomedical training. Most program last from four to six years and all states require biomedical engineer to pass examinations and be licensed.
